- 一般的な、団体（8人以上）のご申請返金規定（入室基準）：3日前のキャンセルリクエスト違約金なし、1〜2日前のキャンセル：1泊料金賦課、入室当日のキャンセル及びNO SHOW1泊課金され当日予約件はキャンセルできません。
- 宿泊予定者が連絡なしに入室をしないならNO SHOWとみなされます。
